Hampshire and Isle of Wight’s Local Resilience Forum’s concern about traffic congestion in Portsmouth in the event of a no-deal Brexit, has prompted Portsmouth City Council to reduce the speed limit on the southbound carriageway of the M275 to 40mph to “manage congestion if the UK leaves the EU this Friday”. Well might as well I suppose after all speed restrictions and average speed cameras on the m27 towards Pompey.. why not add in some more money making scams!
