    scumbags..
    i like how they say "Capita, who collect money on behalf of TV Licensing"...there is no such thing as TV Licensing..it IS the BBC using a trademark. there is no separate company etc..it is part of the BBC..the logo even has (or used to have ) to 'tm' symbol next to it..Its BBC Ltd trading as TV Licensing..fkn joke.
