Rob, you’re new “more convenient” position looks to be all of 2 ft from the existing position?

 

I wanted to hang a mirror there, with the old stat being in the middle of the wall, I couldn’t. You assumed “convenient” to mean easier to reach, where in fact it meant, able to put the wall to a more practical use and have the convenience of of a mirror in the hallway available to me.

Moved into a new house with hive as part of the fixtures and fittings. The hive hub also included. Any of you geniuses found a way to factory reset it as the hive ‘ helpline ’ Tell me I have to buy a New one. Even though the current one works but previous owners detailsa simply needed deleting.

 

Go on - buy a new one.

Or phone the previous owners to tell them to turn your heating on.
