Mine did, but it was because I went onto a cheap overnight tarrif with my supplier at the time (Scottish Power iirc). I plugged the car in at any time, but set the timer in the CARWINGS setting to charge only after 11pm. Work also have charging points which were free to use, so if I only used these, I was basically getting free fuel.
I suppose in an ideal world you would have roof solar panels that allows you to charge the car for nothing and then sell the excess electric back to the grid?
And you think thats "an ideal world" ?? Wash your smutty mouth out you tree hugging, lentil eating, carbon foot print conscious Leaf driving weirdo !!!
I generate my electricity by mounting my motorbike rear wheel on a treadmill. Everyone knows the best way is to use solar panels to power a UV bulb, which in turn provides light to the solar panels. Infinite clean energy.
An ideal world is everyone owning a V8/V10/V12 car, petrol is 40p a litre, we all own at least 2x Ducati's , everyone gets paid squillions and all Prius/leaf etc drivers work and live on one of the UK's islands far far away from normal people!!!
V12 Used to V6 2off Petrol... don't care Ducati 4off (5 if @rob lewis accepts my more than generous offer). Money - Adequate (in the Bentley use of the word). I just raise the draw bridge a feed the crocodiles to keep the poor people away.
V6 and adequate wedge?? Far far from perfect!! And the lentil lovers and green weirdos? Have you moved them air-con? More effort needed me thunks!!
Council estate boy me... kicked out of home at 16 with nothing to my name... just two black rubbish bags of clothes.
And the lentil lovers and green weirdos? ... don't understand this one. I've lost my petrol head with cars.... I live in London, so it can easily happen. Adequate .... in the Bentley sense when they described the power output of there cars.
