  3. Brilliant, thank you! A whole 5L it is then, cheers :upyeah:

  4. It can't if the bottle is shut, it has no where to evaporate to. Evaporation is a product simply "flashing" off and cannot in a sealed container.

  5. Yes, thanks, but I have many bottles of different stuff that flash in the container hence my concern about not wanting to continue to be quite so wasteful :upyeah:

  6. Once you open it and start using some there is an increasing air gap in the container

  8. @rob lewis is IPA just normal Isopropanol? As used to clean electronic surfaces etc...

  9. Just shake the container before each use to mix the evaporated distillate back in. If the container is sealed, it can't evaporate !?!?

  10. WTH! Seriously just give it a shake?

OK will get on xnxx and see what I can do

  11. Providing it is sealed, it can only evaporate within the container and form as distillate above the liquid level, so yes, just shake it. :upyeah:

  12. Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is an alcohol-based chemical cleaning agent designed to facilitate the objective assessment of surface quality after machine polishing. It ruthlessly removes all traces of polishing residues and oils without adding any gloss (it does not contain any silicones or gloss enhancing polymers, and is thus not a quick detailer). This allows you to inspect the surface properly to determine if the desired level of correction has been achieved or whether further work will be required prior to the addition of sealant or wax protection.

This product can also be used for cleaning glass to a smear-free finish.

  13. OK well I went on xnxx .com and then shook several 5L bottles of acetone like a porn star - was shocked to find them just as half empty as they were before I shook them... lying bastard!

  14. Then the containers are not sealed !!! How can it evaporate in a sealed container half wit ?? I could put a 100% sealed container full of water in the desert mate, and it can not evaporate if the container is sealed.....Der !!!! Give me strength !! :bucktooth::upyeah:

  16. If the vessel is air tight @Air Duck , then the liquid can only evaporate as far as saturating the vapour space above the liquid level, once this air has become 100% saturated and humid, no more evaporation can take place, thus when you shake it, any condensed out droplets or humid air will be remixed with the liquid, thus your alcohol will remain full, providing the vessel is air tight, I can not dumb it down any further than that :p:upyeah:

  18. @Wayne58 OK I buy chemicals in, typically, 5L containers that look like this:

How can I make those airtight? Also how do I get the air out of it that replaces used fluid?

Also can you make MDMA and stuff like that?
