Are You Smarter Than Donald Trump

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by johnv, Jan 8, 2016.

  1. The man is a buffoon, I'm still not entirely sure how he's even winning in some states of America, especially when he's clearly not in the least bit capable of stringing a full sentence together, let alone running a country where he'll have a lot of new words to learn the meaning of.

He'll probably be the first American president that will need a translator of English to English, just think about that for a moment. It's actually likely a foreign head of state could have a better grasp of English than he does

I get that they realistically only have a choice of two candidates, and some may not like Hillary, but how in God's name can they be so stupid to even think voting for him is a good idea?

It's a scary thought that so many Americans are either that pissed off, that stupid, that naive, or any combination of those to actually vote Trump.

If they sincerely think having Donald Trump in charge will help their country, economy or place on the world stage they're BIGLY deluded.

  2. half of scotland votes for independence
half of Britain votes to leave the EU.
more than half of our MP's voted NOT to protect the rights of EU nationals already here to stay after brexit.
about half are voting for trump.
i would say there is a lot of pissed off people around at the mo.

I just don't get it... How does the US end up with a pair like those two as their choice for President? I guess we were close to having a PM with the initials of BJ for prime minister, although he's a nice guy and all that but we were a little close there..

But when there's guys around like John Kerry and Kondalisa Rice who have already proved theirselves to being excellent statesmen and ambassadors for the USA I just can't believe how it's ended up like this.. I guess it's probably that they don't have the financial clout to run a campaign..
God help the world is all I can say...

  14. Trump is another word for fart and Clinton sounds like a dangle-berry. Pretty much sums up the choice facing America.
