  1. There's another camera angle that's even better, he's literally pretty much laying completely on his left side before going upright. Amazing.

    Cracking qualifying session.

  2. As I'm in China atm and it's 2.47am here I'm assuming this still hasn't happened yet??

  8. TBH agree with that, harsh would have been to go back a spot and let the other rider past him. Not like they can tell him to drop 0.3 of a second on one lap ;)

  9. Still think it's bollocks though

He was completely innocent in that nothing he could do. He wasn't even facing the right way on the bike when going over the run off. So he was definetly caught unawares.

And he dropped off again in the following laps.

  14. Marc Marquez claims his first win of the season, and extends his perfect COTA record to five in a row, with victory in Texas.

Maverick Vinales suffered his first defeat as a Yamaha rider after falling, from fourth, early in the race.

Team-mate Valentino Rossi now leads the world championship standings after passing Dani Pedrosa to claim second place, despite a 0.3s post-race penalty for cutting the track after a close moment with Johann Zarco.

Alex Rins missed today's race due to a broken wrist on Saturday...

  15. Pleased I subscribed to be able to watch all Motogp, what a cracking season it looks like we are in for. Life in the old dog yet it would seem...race craft at its best. Gone from pre season problems to front row qualifying. Maybe just his mind games? who knows. ;)
So pleased to see new blood that is competitive as well (Zarco and, obviously Vinales). Maverick will be back to challenge for top spot no doubt, happy days.

    MM. He owns that track.
