That’s the necropolis in the background. As has been said, behind the cathedral and the GRI. a lot of arthur Greek Thomson inspired architecture in the necropolis. I think there was a scene from Scotland’s best biker movie (restless natives) filmed there
Is the second bike a camera bike? maybe a lens showing in the NSR pannier? don’t fancy those wet cobbles at that speed
I think it was supposed to be like that, with him coming to a skidding stop side on - I used to do it in my gravel driveway until I moved house last month, because in my head I’m still 9 years old. Unfortunately he made a hash of it and the bike got away from him
