And, to be honest, I'd rather watch baking than a bunch of overpaid lawn-faries - in fact I'd rather watch paint dry than football. And it would appear that 12 million people agree...

 

tbh I would imagine that John Surtees may be about as bothered by a knighthood as I am and that is fk all,, he did come across as a true hero who does not seek nor desire worship from the masses let alone some TV / media " star ".

it may get more of " our " programes, but dumbed down ones which none of us would bother watching,, WRC is already having that problem.
