Really guys? You don’t think Ben Stokes deserves it after what he did this year? Couldn’t see any other possible winner. Right result for once!

 

First time I turned it on by mistake for at least 20 odd years also. And need to remember to not do it again. Can’t stand award shows and in particular any promoted by the BBC. So it was quickly turned off again.
Heard this morning Ben Stokes won it. Does his personality not have something of an aggressive streak ? Not really what I would class as being worthy of being presented an award surely ?
Lewis Hamilton can certainly drive a car but has no discerning personality.

Fantastic fella. I was his CBT instructor years ago and he was a right laugh.
Was gutted to see a programme about his illness a few weeks ago. It always seems to be the decent folk that get

Should be renamed to Sports Person of the Year. Thats what it is.
