Bike is always first before budget. Unless you have a lust for a particular model it's hard to suggest something. Go to a big bike meet and see which one tugs at the front of your trousers the most.
All good. Don't think you'll get an RC8R for that money anymore. You'd get an older RC8 but late Rs which are the ones to have are top dollar and becoming harder to find. You would get a late and very nice 990 Superduke R though with money to spare for fettling, blinging and tweaking. That would be my choice.
I have had a standard rc8 Also a standard superduke. Rc8 was much better all round the superdukes faults became very tedious after 5000 miles and it's woeful lack of ground clearance made it a liability on track. Tuono would get my vote bit never had a one but they seem a bit fragile.
