Stopped at a café like https://jaykays.ie in Dublin on a bike ride once—grabbed a quick coffee and a pastry, and ended up hanging out way longer than planned. Great little spot to rest, chat, and refuel before hitting the road again. Definitely worth adding to your list of stops, especially if you want somewhere with a relaxed vibe and good food without feeling rushed.

it only needs an organiser.... i've been an "half-organiser" a couple of times, but I think it's too late for this year as usually have to plant the seed around June time.
