Blocked Users Have Re-appeared

  1. Not sure of there has been a change, but a couple of people on block were converted to ignore with the recent change. Didn't bother me so left alone.

    Today, their comments have stared appearing on threads and, having checked, they are no longer on ignore. And the block option seems to have gone.

    I won't add, I'll wait till they start trolling me a again (who knows - they may have changed in the last few months!)

    Anyone else noticed this?

  2. Nothing has changed as far as I'm aware Paul. But obviously something has for some reason. Stick them on ignore/block again if need be :)

  3. I’ve noticed one or two new posts that state “unknown member” under the square that has their avatar. Andy

  4. Thats what I had, including Loz who wasn't on block or ignore (?) but the others have appeared again.

  7. I never have these problems.
    1) I know I have never blocked or ignored anyone
    2) I do not know HOW to tell if I have been blocked or ignored
    3) Could it have something to do with what browser people are running?

    I am Pro Trump and USA. (Mostly, I do live here). So I am surprised with all the Anti trump that I am not blocked?
    Maybe it's because so many have fun trolling to get a response...
    BUT
    I also try not to be too much of an ass until someone goes over the edge.

    Do you get an alert that you have been blocked or ignored?
    How can you tell if you have received a warning for something?

  8. Having investigated this a bit more I have been told that (and I quote) "the block feature is very buggy". It's being looked at and will be upgraded as soon as possible :)

  17. I expect people to converse here as they would face to face. Bit of banter, bit of a laugh, reasonable, any view point, any political or sports preference, just not rude. Some -unfortunately- simply won't do it. Though possibly they are the same face to face, I really don't know!

    I'm sure of two things: they don't miss me, & well, I don't miss them.
