Hello all, I'm using a Google pixel 8 pro at the moment and the multistrada v4 won't recognise it at all. It used to pair with my old pixel 6 no problem. The bike is going into the main dealer this week for an annual service, are there any updates from Ducati for the Bluetooth side of things or am I shit out of luck? Thanks!
If you have gone to a newer phone it should work. Only "odd" Ducati thing I have found compared to by BMW background it is will only pair one helmet (I use two for different reasons!). I assume you have deleted your old phone and done the usual "turn it off and on" again Peter
There have been some updates relating to connectivity. You’re bike will get them when it’s plugged into diagnostics
