  2. ah, that was going so well for me till the last bit.

  3. I posted these before but for completeness here is a bip frame cut down another way - it is really strong. The mono seat and tail sit straight on it, no forward or backward adjustment but that could be resolved relatively easily

  4. That looks really good too.

  5. Excellent seeing these options.............

Sev agreed if there is space - any bracing in that axis is key.

I'm away from the bike and working this weekend.
Plus a track bike to get ready for next weekend

Oh and I've just bought a Diavel for low stress hooning about (and a pillion seat)........

Take a lot of cossetting these Dukes !!

  6. Hey DtD, i'm going to get the hacksaw out, :cold_sweat::scream: , have you left a bit on that slides under that metal cover at the back where it joins the exhaust cover?

  7. Also, how have you plugged the holes at the angle?

  8. CR, yes, the triangular lug is still there

Not sure, that is how it was when I bought it, could be simply filled with body filler.

  9. Oh, you didn't do it? I had assumed you had.

Started today, removing the loop at the back was easy. Removing the passenger foot peg hangers is a whore of a job!

    Might buy one of these:
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361342060759
