IMO, the for example refers to the 32mm dia or less, NOT the floating caliper. The M50 and Stylema are not floating calipers. Andy
This is what you see in the evo2 software around abs and tge cornering abs you’ll see you can’t turn it off
kind of annoying... on the 1299s you could turn it off... Has anyone taken the ABS off or disconnected it? What’s the process?
tbh is it that good particularly on level 1 and2 with the cornering ABS..... do you need to remove it? Does removing it affect other bits? I did read today one of the question responses on carpi moto where they say changing callipers effects the ABS, changing the master cylinder doesn't effect the ABS.. so...
Little update on the MC install. The Conta CORSA will not fit on the bar with the throttle and the kill switch so need to remove kill switch and get a jetprime space saving kill switch. More money . All being installed tomorrow so wish me luck
Went for the 19 but will run it on the 18 setting. Three of my friends have V4’S and all run 19. 2 have deleted the ABS and 1 hasn’t but all advised to go for the 19.
Track . But I left the ABS on my 1299s so was thinking to do the same on the V4. But if the ABS causes issues I will delete it.
Trouble I you won’t delete it or shouldn’t as it is intrinsically linked in with other features of the bike! Do so at your peril I have a Mate who is responsible for the majority of electronic fix’s and upgrades around bikes and he said the above.. I believe him. You’ll get a good response from the m/cyl change
