Watched this 650ib video yesterday where he took his S1000RR and RSV4 1100 to BrenTuning and found the bit about how BMW have set up the new S1000RR ECU and sensors interesting around after-market tuning. I'm not a BHP guy, but the numbers they get from both bikes are impressive.
