im sure they could/did/still do in some areas but are soon to insist that bt sport (through bt) is only available to infinity users. i have their broadband and purchased it solely to get the motogp i have no other use for it as i was happy tethering to my mobile for this site and buying goods online. Their advert still to this day says get free bt sport with bt broadband even though what they mean is you get the app (that dosnt work on windows or most android phones) even if, as advised you sign up for bt tv and pay for their box. its a scam
Not in contract with BT, been with them for a fair while, live out in the sticks, so it'll be a long time before we get offered infinity. Can't find anything about being charged for Sport from the 1st, maybe they feel sorry for us being on 3 meg
hopefully mate. begs the question though, why cant i just pay for bt sport on my existing set up? even if it cost the same as up grading i would rather do that than take time off work (2 days in the end last time) for some tech fool to come and wire up
