i dont know..but ill buy that one there anyway please..

  2. It’s the standard sprockets and chain. Even if I didn’t know that I thought someone would be good enough to explain the situation.

That’s what forums are for! Information.LOL.
Not old boys sitting at home trying to socialise as they aren’t allowed out the house lol.

  3. :joy::joy:
Oh look another hero full of helpful information:joy::joy:

  4. The last bit :worried:

  5. Before I get back to my knitting promise you wont try anything more than changing sprockets, tyres or smewhere to fit your tax disc

  6. Well done.very preductive post

  7. i think if you look back i did try to help
but all you want to do now is slag the forum members.
you were the one who started by telling us you had bougt a sprocket and wanted the forum to tell you if it would fit your bike without knowing what was already on your bike
We cant help someone who doesnt seem able to help themselves

  8. Nothing aimed at you offensively.
I bought a sprocket from a local supplier for a 848 evo.didnt think I’d have to go into that much detail. Thought it would be a like for like part.
I noticed when having a research that there was 2 part numbers for 1 part I thought.
Any normal forum would say oh no mate there are a couple. You could have. One being a 520 or 525 and maybe a little expenation!
So they shop didn’t sell me one for a factory 848 but one that’s had an upgraded chain and sprocket kit.
Not this place I just get told to go google. Joke really isn’t it.

  9. Actually this is what I said - far from what you insinuate now - we didn't know what you had on the bike remember

Have you tried the Renthal Web Site or Google and other sellers sites?

  10. :joy:
How would they know what I’ve got on my bike!?:joy::joy::joy:
This place cracks me up! Lol
Try explaining to me the differences would be helpful.

Got to go into Ducati soon to book it in for a service. God help me if they ask me if I’ve bloody Googled it or tried the Ducati website.

    Good night all.

  11. You mean how would the manufacturer know  but you wanted us to tell you :eyes: strange :bucktooth:

  12. these sort of threads (ie not just this one) always make me wonder what work or employment the OP does how do you cope with identifying a problem, analysing said problem, and coming up with a solution? I dont believe its anything to do with mechanical knowledge its setting out what you have and what you want to do?
