Been trying to login for 1h says my password or user id is invalid. Thinking got cracked went to change password, got email, clicked link, put my ebay user id and get error service temporarily unavailable, same on customer support tab. Funny enough calling them I get to switchboard, 2 for ebay and get message. Due to unforcean circumstances we are unable to take your phone right now, goodbye. Odd
Was down first thing...Seems ok now. Wonder if bargains were had as no bidding while ebay was down? Going to take some sorting!
Best is the customer support telephone line there. Not event a hint of attempt to explain or reassure. I mean it says my password or user name is invalid (not that there is an error) so it might put some people in to panic mode that they got hacked. What ebay does in response is hangs up on you
