Thanks for that. I'm 5'4" on a good day. How would you lower it?

 

I'm 5'3 on a fantastic day, just drop through the yokes and I didn't look but tom did and assured me it's easy to lower the back, to be fair 5'4 and such a light bike I think you would be ok, I didn't sit on it maybe I'd be ok.

 

Hardly enough room to put a feeler gauge through the engine looks mad as a box of frogs.

 

Oct delivery now for my FT6, been a long wait, I ordered mine 10 months ago.
Gold spoke wheels, single headlamp, twin discs and a few other nice options...

 

Finally got my FT6 last month

 

Definitely the best looking Spitfire. They are all starting to look a bit novelty to me now though.

Are they high maintenance ?

 

1st service is 500-700 miles and then every 3500miles.
will probably only get about 1500 miles out of a really sticky rear tyre.
Other than that i couldn't tell you if it will be high maintenance, shouldn't be as i'll be doing mostly the servicing myself.
