Just as an FYI, I had my streetfighter serviced today first yearly at about 4.5k miles. Cost was £235.70, which i think was as per the ducati pricing, as the prices were up on the wall. The piss taking regarding chain maintenance and last years flies still being on the bike came free.
Just had a price for my sons Ninja 650, from the Kawasaki main dealer £189, less 10% for being a regular customer
And here’s the list of all the tasks that should be done within the 2hrs 12mins. Arguably there are a few more things not on the list such as cleaning of the brake caliper pistons, make sure they’re not sticking, clean, lube & adjust the chain etc etc. I think one is hard pushed to get it all done in the recommended time.
Hi mate, Do I recognise your bike from Warley? Also my v2s Travel MS is due belts and annual service at C&J £650.00 They change brake and clutch fluids every 4 years, which was last year for me, in with that annual service £375.00 if I remember correctly. Regards Richard
I’d be looking at Cornerspeed for service work, passionate, precise and professional. Can’t ask for more.
Possibly mate, not this season yet though as I've had my Speed out more so far. Nothing for these is cheap but I suppose it's the price we pay for what car dealers call prestige. I never did understand why the MS still had belts but then I'm not a Ducati engineer. Go steady, I will see you out there I'm sure.
@dazthephot, Neil at Cornerspeed is an authorised Ducati service centre, no issue with maintaining your warranty. Andy
