It's an Allen key headed bolt on mine and I just tightened it and gave a another nip so that's about 10-15nm no more and it has been fine. Do not overtighten it as that could hugely expensive!
I am of the same thought process, lightly tighten then a nip, it's better to use 1/4 drive on the small stuff, you get a better feel and shouldn't go too tight.
