I know what your saying, why should you change but you don't need to, just use Firefox for on here, you don't need to install it (it's a standalone file), it doesn't affect any other browser you have and it's easy removed if needs be, you just delete its folder and it doesn't leave any junk behind. You can even use it from a memory sick, great for work computers etc.
If you install any other browser (Chrome for me) it'll offer to import all the book marks etc. Go on, give it a go...
Ha! IE! Well who would have thought that, eh? What a turn up for the book! Why not bite the bullet, install something else, import your bookmarks and wave bye bye to the world's crappiest internet browser once and for all? Of course, if you'd bought a Mac in the first place you wouldn't be having these problems, but hey.
But IE works fine on everything I need it to apart from this forum???!!!!! Maybe I'll give it a go, if you don't hear from me for a while it's because I've launched my notepad into the field!
Well, using Google Chrome for the last few days and all is well. So I've ditched IE, cheers for the advice :wink:
Thanks for highlighting this over the last few days and I'm sorry its taken me a day or so to reply. I'm glad you're able to access the site through Chrome after struggling with IE and a big thanks for all the other users for suggesting alternative browsers. I haven't received any emails from other users highlighting the issue, but if it persists on any platform, drop me a line and I'll see what I can do
