    Making furniture is brilliant and if you make nice stuff it will last 100 years or more.

  5. no mustang should have been made past 72ish with the 69=70 boss being the sweetest and the 79 being just plain ugly..
    but with that side imagine your horror if someone gave you a new one and you opened the bonnet to find a 4 cylinder in there!!!!!!

  7. I cant even get motivated to finish sanding four chopping boards (started them bout September) if i had the motivation and time i would like to learn how to make nice stuff (maybe a roll top desk);
    when not on site i make shitty mdf stuff when required..

  8. A plague upon mdf! Not even worth veneering!

    Get some really nice wood and make something fab. Then sell it and invest proceeds in needless bike stuff!

    Making homemade chutney passes the time when you've done shagging and you can use it in your sandwiches in the summer

  13. dont think ive got the skills.. also the time invested and cost of stock would not make it very lucrative for the amateur..
    Its a struggle turning a days wage doin what i know!

  19. Electric Bass all the way for me. A turbo trainer for my road bicycle, walks with the dog, local pub lunch with a roaring fire and getting outside as often as possible.
