I have woken up in the past with the shock of falling, many years ago though and only 2 or 3 times... never any recolection of the fall, just hte sudden sensation of landing in my bed - perhaps I was levitating
I have the same. year’s ago I overreached on a ladder, the ladder went one way and me the other, and landed flat on my back, knocking the wind out of me. To this day, on occasion, I’ll jump just as I’m nodding off, I’ve put it down to that experience!
One I regularly get also is I’m in bed alone and a hand is reaching out to me at the foot of the bed, I reach out to take the hand but just as I’m nearly touching the distance increases like the bed gets longer and I endlessly try but fail to grab the hand.. Can honestly say I’ve had that one regularly off and on for.... 45 yrs or so.. x
I've one.... really weird. I'm paying rent or a mortgage on a property we don't live at ... may be one I just went to look at or no longer live at. I've left tools/car/motorcycle at a rented garage... somewhere from my early adulthood and cannot remember which or where.... And crashing in an aeroplane... but I'm watching from the outside..... saying "oh no not again!"..... Too many Tramadol nights I think. The naked at School one is common as is the inability to defend yourself. I used to have sexy dreams, but these stopped a few years back... saves the sheets. The other worrying one is still being at school or late with my home work.... I'm nearly 53 FFS!
Hi noodle doodle I have one recurring dream I’m always running away from something and trying to hide but I can see whoever/whatever it is finding me and heading my way then I wake up
I used to have a recurring dream when I was a child that involved lots of goblins serving dinners in the school canteen........and it always ended up with a food fight for some reason. Nowadays, like @Exige, I remember the dream I had upon waking up for about 10 seconds then it's gone Ps. Thread moved
I’ve had a similar dream where a beautiful woman/bird, albeit with a manly name, is running and trying to find me, opening all the freshly emptied wheelie bins in the street on her way, however just before she opens the lid on the one I’m hiding in... I wake up, and sadly, I realise it was but just, a beautiful dream... x
