The pillion did end end up becoming his wife. It's interesting though that the sackable offence was (allegedly) not the enormous speed but being caught in an affair with another officer.
I can't see anything in the first quote above that says the accused has not had any training. surely one of the most fundamental, universal lessons ever to be learnt is do not jump to a conclusion. Fat lot of good all that training did and so I rest my case
I was speaking with Finm, you rest your case where you like..........perhaps over there with all the other non trained persons..
well today i learnt something, kind of knew it already. pride often comes before a fall. doh! new gear leaver required.
...no he's a knob, he's dropped his bike by the look of it, just hope not a knob wth too many bruises or broken bones
ordinarily i would say you took it off the stand well, and put it back on the stand well, its just the bit in the middle we have to work on.............but that doesn't appear to be the case here........
Matey, we've all been a knob and dropped our bik sometimes, I've even dropped mine off a trailer as the bucket I was using to hold the front up broke...that day I was super-knob. Bit like the difference between a trained bike cop and a trainer to the trained bike cops...takes special skill to achieve super staus
pulled in to glencoe petrol station for fags put the stand down new it wasn't right, the fecker came down on me. mucho embarrassment with a touch of karma. you won the battle andy, but not the war.:Angelic::smile:
Think of the skills I learn doing it too...who needs a garage full of special tools when wood, hammer and gaffa tape are in reach
