Yes, it is indeed obvious. I have been to the factory and I have seen the production line. The OP video looks like an off-line promo video to me, as you say, not normal production practice. Perhaps these bikes were "Lanzarote specials" for the press launch fleet.
The Ducati factory don't make frames or bodywork, and they don't do any welding. All that type of work is done elsewhere by contractors, who may well use robots for all we know.
