Gammon steaks. Boring aren't they? So sprinkle 'em with garlic powder and garam masala then pan fry them. Bloody delicious.

I'm making this this evening. It's a good recipe which I have made several times. Gordon Ramsay is very funny and in this video gives the impression of being on speed.



I really wanted to do shepherd's pie, but you'd be amazed at how difficult lamb is to get here (and expensive). The Swiss don't really do sheep, so shepherd's pie turns into an expensive delicacy.

am allergic to chilies...much to my last (Pakistani) girlfriends disgust and frustration! love the smell and taste but it may kill me.... bit like her
