  2. So, basically, you use e-bay to get free advertising? You don't pay them for their services...
I could be wrong, but I think you'll find that you are contravening e-bay sellers' policy.

  3. arrest him!

  7. I have been misquoted

  8. Exactly, as someone who has just had dealings with eBay. I have no positive feelings towards them or their business model.

  9. I bet they're not tremendously keen on yours either...
    :)

  10. When I used to list cars on e bay I noticed that it was often the same people who would start with a 99p just after item was listed? I suppose once in a while their lowball insulting bids must pay off or they wouldn't bother chancing it?

  11. Fuck e bay policy! They are just money grabbing shitbags.I love to hear of anyone beating e bay at their own game

  12. eBay, Facebook and google. Cut from the same cloth. Buy or kill any competitor. Not there to service, but to take as much as they can. Making money from vapour.

At least Amazon actually stock and deliver stuff ;)

  13. Gumtree (now under the e bay umbrella!) is no better than e bay.Yes it's less complicated but that just makes it easier for scammers and chancers? Wait until you have a serious problem with either involving a large amount of money?Watch them drag their feet and wriggle

  14. Not entirely correct :)

  15. Which bit isn't? Google have lots of streams but it's all based around vapour except the cars, and still can't really see what's in that for them other than taking over the navigation of ALL vehicles...which of course is also internet vapour ;)

  16. Amazon stocking your products and delivering is only one option available to sellers. You can sell products as a business just the same as you can on Ebay and deliver/ship yourself.

  17. And eBay don't stock, nor ship, a thing :upyeah: Amazon offer two routes as you say: direct and market place. They do ship things ;)

  18. Don't ignore him, because the silly twat will never learn his lesson.
And no one will know what a cretin he is.
So,in the interests of his education and the entertainment of others, come up with a witty-but-insulting reply that skewers him with your superior intellect.
And then post it on your listing so that other potless nutscratching wannabidders are warned off from wasting your time.
Icing on the cake will be if he understands your riposte and replies with an offensive one word description of you and all who sail in you...which you also post as further evidence of his fuckwittedness.
    Go on...do it....DO it...

  19. Yes you are now correct :)

  20. The very reason why I sell stuff through my humble online store. No fuss, no gimmicks and it's certainly not there to earn me a living, just hate paying out endless fees to Fleabay for multiple ads, when I can stick the items all on one site. I only charge what I feel is a fair price as many of the parts I sell are used but carry an honest description of their condition, if they exhibit any flaws. Have sold a handful of things through the forum, but not expecting any miracles, just want to offer up parts at a fair price. In this way I keep potential buyers happy and if they find what they need then all the better. Here is the link: Ricambi Moto
