You have to remeber he may have been inundated with inane questions and thus genuine ones get overlooked in exasperation. I remember this well from when I sold my 1198. Some of the questions were fucking stupid. Like, "What colour is it?" Pink with fucking green stripes, like the fucking pictures was my answer.
