996 Ecu

  1. i have a 996S 2001, will a 16M 916 ECU work in this with the 996 chip??

  2. Don‘t think so, you need a 16M B1 to drive the double injectors. Guess the 916 one is an A

  3. yes i think you are correct it is a B1 the 916 is is an AO! having trouble finding one! thanks for your reply appreciated :upyeah:

  5. or perhaps get the ultimap UM222 eprom for your existing 16M, that way it can be happy on one injector bank.

  7. ECU arrived today from motosparepartner a 16M A came not a 16M B as advertised :mad:

  9. apparently consensus is they do! Ducati coventry and other members say 16M A is incorrect should be 16M B
