Errors cleared, started bike twice and allowed to run for a couple of minutes, no error. Good excuse to go for a ride.
Ok, had it 3 times tonight, always at standstill or just pulling away. P0500 vehicle speed sensor malfunction. Invalid signal; warning lamp on. I assume give the sensor on the back wheel a good clean is my first step?
I'd check to see if the housing is cracked or letting in moisture..... I've not had one play up because of being dirty as it uses a magnet to sense and they are usually that close that not much can get in between... Although I have been wrong before.......And no doubt will be again
