Ethiopian Airlines: 'no Survivors' On Crashed Boeing 737

  2. Crashed on take off like the Lion Air aircraft, the same model.
    On that one the pilots allegedly struggled with the anti stall system which kept forcing the nose down

  5. Sounds like computer program corruption. It's brought down modern aircraft before.

    Can someone explain to me why these computer systems can't be overridden??
