Not heard anything back either, been a week now, suppose they were expecting a response and chose to ignore it
Just received a reply from Ducati UK regarding my email about how upset I am over the new Ever Red extension warranty not being available to my 2015 bike as promised by my dealer: Thank you for your correspondence. Your enquiry has been forwarded to the Aftersales Manager for clarification on the Ever Red Warranty. Yours sincerely Bobbie Aftersales department
Can you send me the email address you had the reply from as i still have not heard anything. I sent the original email to reception@ Ducati.com so just want to be sure it was correct email Thanks
Got my extended confirmation through today. Expensive but if history repeats itself, probably worth it.
I'd quite happily extend my 2015 bike given the chance. Seems like an opportunity missed by Ducati. They should open the window to extend any bikes currently still under warranty with a cutoff date for applications, subject to usual service history restrictions, etc.
2015 was the release of the first batch of DVT's. I don't think they missed an opportunity, more dodged a bullet.. ( Yeah I know, I'm not funny)
Emailed customer care yesterday got a reply today but only asking for my chassis number. See how long the next reply takes
I seen it on the screen with my dealer definitely references 2014 bikes but it's the 7 mth shite that is total nonsense and will annoy quite a lot of loyal customers...

Just received another email from Ducati UK: Dear Mr SteveB123 Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the Ducati EverRed Extended Warranty. We do value customer’s comments and feedback highly and with this in mind it has been duly noted and shared with the factory. An update to UK legislation has necessitated in a change in product which Ducati have taken the time to develop and make sure is suitable for our customers. This development time and the following legal requirements, checks and sign-offs have resulted in a time period where certain bikes are not eligible for the new product. Regrettably this is the case with your motorcycle. We recognise the inconvenience the legal exclusions will cause and have the opportunity to assist these customers as part of our Goodwill Policy. Certain criteria will need to be met and all dealers are fully aware of the procedure. In the first instance please contact your preferred dealer to discuss next steps. Once again thank you for contacting Ducati UK. Yours sincerely Bobbie Aftersales department Looks like a trip my my preferred dealer is on for tomorrow.
