Exhaust Headers - Harpic Or Aqua Blasting?

Before I started (left bit of Y pipe& after, right pipe) using dremmel & autosol after a few hours.

That looks decent!

 

perfect works bike style finish instead of that super mirror polished bollocks.

+1 for the harpic - it costs a couple of quid and some elbow grease.

 

If I had kept my SS, I would have had the headers soda blasted or similar then had them nickel plated and polished.

The specialist I spoke to about them reckoned £100 would do the lot.

 

Harpic10x + nylon scourer, rinse, repeat, 400grit wet & dry, rinse, dry, Autosol.
