When I m riding with passenger (without luggage) the rear suspension touches down despite i adjusted the spring preload to 20mm which is already over the 19mm suggested setting by the user manual and we are not that heavy (around 150 kg myself + passenger).... Does this mean the rear shock absorber unit is gone? 2014 Monster 1200
