you're in Norfolk, I'd suggest going to Made In Italy and taking some advice from John. And welcome, there is a small but robust band of carby owners here, @Ducbird likes red ones, I like yellow, but they're all ace. The 750 is the sweetheart model. Good call.
+1 on Image Works. They sorted me out a set straight away,though the Ducati decal on the nose firing was bigger than the one I had on mine. Probably more a reflection on the variability of Ducati products in the early 90s, but The Image Works supplied the right size without question. They're good quality and a good match.
