And I have just exceeded a target! I reached my 10km exercise bike target and did 10.1! Next is to increase my endurance to 3x10mins, rather than the 3x9mins that I do now. When I get to 30 minutes in total, I may stick and just go for speed and distance records - until I get bored, or break the cycle!
