Hi. I’ve been fitting new indicators and heated grips etc to my 2016 monster. I want to see if they work before I refit the fuel tank. If I turn the ignition on without the fuel pump connected, will it bring up a fault that the dealer would need to erase or would it clear next time I turn the ignition on when the tank is refitted?
Not sure with Ducati but other bikes I have they will bring up a fault code which once cleared (tank refitted) will reset itself after 3 heat cycles (use the bike 3 times).
