Grab Yourself Some Popcorn. This Might Take A While.
Yes it's true, I am certifiably OCD and whilst that can prove expensive when it involves two wheels, it does a least mean you will all get to witness my madness, now that a couple of days in the garage with an array tools, has set this build in motion, as I've truly pressed the giant reset button on Borgo Panigale's assembly, that up until a week ago was a complete motorcycle. Fear not though, the time scale set for this project is way way shorter than the last but is no less complicated. Many of you might be wondering why I go to such extremes and the simple answer is that I can and because I want to, so if you don't see the point in my methods, this thread is not for you, as I never set out to justify them. For everyone else crack open a cold one, grab some popcorn and settle in for the ride

For Sale 2007 1098 For Sale, Outstanding, £8000
I'm selling my bike due to lack of use - 330 miles in 2023, Zero this year and probably Zero next year due to being out of the country working, there's no point in it sitting in the garage doing nothing.
9675 miles on odometer.
3 previous owners.
MOT until 23/9/2025
V5 present in my name, no outstanding finance, not HPI categorised
Comprehensive service history with ring binder folder full of receipts, two keys, original book pack and key card.
I've owned this bike since May 2020 and it is in outstanding condition, in my ownership I have covered less than 2000 miles on it on dry summer days and lives in a dry garage. the bike has has a complete bare-frame rebuild/restoration completed over winter 21/22 with thousands spent to make the bike perfect, I have hundreds of pictures of all work completed which I'm happy to share with any prospective buyer. The bike benefits from a large amount of preventative maintenance and quality upgrades which are outlined below.

Portugal And The Picos
10 days touring (of which 2 nights on the ferry) Portugal and the Picos.
Plymouth to Santander boat, weather was crap in Santander but soon brightened up as we headed for Leon.
One night here then on to Bragança in Portugal for 4 nights. Some great roads around here with very little traffic, loved it.
Then 2 nights in Potes to ride some of the Picos, there seems to be a lot more 70 KPH limits here and also more traffic. Great trip until we get home and join that useless M5. Turned off at Chepstow to go the back route home and came across a bloody awful storm, the rain actually hurt through my jacket. Fork lighting, dark, cold and wet. Welcome home!!!! Shit country. -
For Sale Ducati 996 Bip
Decided to sell my 996 as I'm just not using it and need the space. I bought the bike from symmet on this forum a couple of years ago and have only done about 400 miles on it. Lots of history and receipts. Less than 5000 miles. In excellent original condition apart from single seat which was fitted from new and termi cans with chip. The bike really is in great condition. I had belts and service done by Neil at cornerspeed when I bought it and he commented what a pleasure it was to work on. Looking for £7100 -

Bol D’or
If only I’d remembered to get up early on Thursday morning I could have ridden to the Bol D’or and relived my youth this weekend. The smell of wood smoke, merguez sausages cooking, hot bikes being thrashed for 24 hrs. The run down the hillside to the supermarket for more beer supplies, the general madness and companionship of good friends (one of whom is sadly no longer with us). -
Meet The New Boss
I needed a thou in my life again. And a WSBK winning year one to boot.
Here she is.

Diary Of A Trip To Bologna
Short break with my boys until Weds. Arrived late last night and a short sleep before a 1000h guided museum tour.
It was bloody brilliant.
It's very quiet here as the locals are away.
Food, transport and accommodation all a lot cheaper than I expected and everyone is so friendly. -

My 2001 Fortis Ducati Watches
Here is a pic of my two beauties; a Fortis Flieger Chrono and a regular Flieger. Thought I would share now that I have a matching NOS set....
These were released in 2001 (I'm pretty sure) to commemorate all of Carl Fogarty's WSBK wins. I'm much more of a Troy Bayliss fan and I own a 2001 996R, so since these were in the 2001 Ducati catalogue...when in Rome. These did not appear in the 2002 catalogue.
Does anyone know if they were in the 2000 Ducati catalogue?
Post up and let's see your Ducati watches! -
First Tour On A Panigale
So I’m back from my first tour on my 1299s, must admit I was apprehensive but, what a machine, sore arse(my fault for not getting a comfort seat) but considering my injuries I’m over the moon how I came back.
470 mile first day wasn’t as bad as it sounds leaving me more time up there.
Covered 1204 miles in 3.5 days, 10 islands, 6 causeways,4 ferries in 6 days.bike now touching 10k and looking forward to the next one.
Love this machine and have a true connection with it now. -
Triumph Street Triple 2010
Well I picked this bike up last month as wanted something cheap and easy to ride, a company I do there mots for had it for sale so I had it for a good deal, new tyres, chain and sprockets, rear shock and service were done just after I got it. Its a cracking little bike very nimble , it's so fun to ride. -
748 Newbie
Hi, I have always loved the 748, recently one came up at auction so it is now mine. It has had an 853 big bore kit added. I have added the Saxon Seat seat covers as the original ones we a little shinny.
