Mum/Dad/Sister all live on the island and told me last week the gov there have also cut the Manx GP down from 14 to 10 days, and are placing "restrictions on the unrestricted road sections"... think we can guess what that means. Seems like they want the visitors (and their cash), but not the roadbikes riding around the island. Still a good place to visit though, especially during TT/GP ........ and if you've never been to either event, then stop faffing about making excuses and get over there!
Some of the previously reported 50mph Limits have "gone" - no signs visible today at Cronk y Voddy, Bishopscourt and Quarry Bends areas.
