  2. Busy afternoon. Steering stops chopped down for more lock from the mag yokes. Rear calliper sanded down and spaced away from the hanger bracket for more wheel clearance. And bought this white perforated sheet the other day, a bit of red spray paint and fitted over the headlights. Light intensity and pattern not affected much so hoping ok for the Mot.

  4. Cheers Chris. Had to knock up those little alloy plates underneath to cover the holes left from the mirror mounts. I’ll get the painter to fill them one day just leaving the single hole for the Dzus. :upyeah:

  5. New race seat fitted and removable air box side covers finished.
Surprised to find the race seat had more padding than the road Tecnosel version. Weighs about half the weight too.

  10. Got the wheels painted grey. Wasn’t sure how it’d look but looks right enough. The front is the mag one but just a std rear wheel as the mag jobby still needs crack testing and painting.

  14. They are ok! They offer the same in/out resistance as the Corse ones of the day. ;)

  15. Think the ss and 888 use good ones.

Had the part number somewhere but unsure if they are still available.

  16. I think they are still available mate but pricey.

  17. Mag arm and cam covers fitted. Thanks @Tim K! :)

  19. I know mate! Got 3 kids screaming and shouting all day and then there’s the wife!
It’s great to get down in the cellar, crack a beer, radio on just enough to drown out their shouting and getting stuck into the bike. Bliss!
