By the way I do have all the parts available to convert to the adjustable swingarm. Its from a nearly new R that a good friend had a big crash on so the engine, callipers, and bunch of other parts are all available. We may need to hold onto these parts until the engine sells, I'd need to discuss as the stand goes into them!

Do you still have the R swingarm side plates etc ?

I had an 1199S, 2012, electronic Ohlins. Had it all set up for me. 13.5st in all the kit.
Put an R engine in it and changed the swingarm parts over to the R's (permanently set to -4).
No issues at all - corner entry/apex/exit. Fast, accurate, stable & less wheelies (that can be a good or a bad thing I guess )

yep - done me headstock - just thinking about the swingarm if royalwithcream still has the parts ;-)
