This was pointed out on another forum. The front brake lines on some bikes are contacting the fairing when the forks are compressed. I checked mine and the RH line has been rubbing and shows significant wear, fortunately only the outer plastic - so far. The ABS sensor cable is showing signs of contact too. Check yours!
I noticed mine were rubbing the fairing at full steering lock. It was showing quite a bit of wear very quickly. I had it dealt with at the 600 mile service.
