What is it about Lorenzo? Was right up there initially but then is visibly slower than everybody else, yet in years gone by has shown he is a very good rider. Surely there is an element of a bike is a bike, someone with his talent should be able to make that Ducati move (as everybody else on the field does). I wonder if he has literally lost his nerve?
He's always been very good at lap 1-3 pace on cold tyres. After that, if he's left alone, he can pump out lap after lap of inch perfect riding. If he's constantly caught up amongst other riders, I think he'll just continue to go backwards.
