I assume full 70mm and no leather on inside of calf, only that elastic modern leathers have. I used one of those surgigal hose tube things that are open both ends, and a square of reflective heat proof material approx 4" x 4" square. Id put the hose on, then place the square on calf muscle and then fold the top part down over it to hold it in place. Then leathers on. It was the most effective way to stop my right calf barbaqueing. I got my pipes ceramic coated too, but the surgical thing was the best way to stop burning my calf. Takes 20secs to put on. Good luck.
