ferk me, ma heed is still burning. scortchio. this hot and sunny weather really affects the fugly. in the morning its a joy, pulls cleanly and effortlessly up to 120odd. no problem. in the evening, its lumpy, almost missy and 100mls an hour feels like a struggle. odd, fueling? shims are well overdue too. about 6kmls overdue. hmm. if this weather continues, i may be forced to use the 848 to commute. nightmare.

First peage its starts spitting. Shall we put waterproofs on I say? Nah say mates. But I put waterproof jacket on. 200yrds later the skies open up and dump a months worth of rain down. I nearly fell off laughing my bollocks off. Plus we were stuck behind a tipper truck doing 24mph in that rain as a lane was coned off. Smug mode engaged.
It hasn't rained yet today though it looks like it might. Still emboldened, I took off my rain jacket only to find my t.shirt has gone rusty!
