When I bought my DVT I didn't really want the Ducati top box, I prefer something a bit smaller and having had a S/H Hepko and Becker on the old Multi I decided to buy their folding Easyrack and Journey 42 Lt top box from them. I sent an email and a couple of photos to them and they immediately shipped out a whole new mechanism which I received within 24hrs. No questions, no need to return the old part. So I just wanted to say how impressed I was with such great service.
