By coincidence, we had seen that luxury cruise ship when it had visited the Coiba Maritime Park where we were diving the week before, and it just happened to be passing through the Miraflores locks the afternoon we were there... million-to-one-chances as they say. On the surface: below the surface: Gotta love puffer-fish. And there were loads of them...!
